Hello Big Red!

Payton reads her book, "Hello Big Red" close to everyday...during football season, she would look for him, but never wanted to get close. Until today!! She kept saying that she was going to give him a hug and a high -five. She said she would even take a picture with him... and she did! We were so proud of our little hog fan!

Mommy's Make-up

I think these pictures explain it all! My little soccer player, and ruff and tumble girl...can be pretty girly! She loves make-up and decided to get into a little mascara! Smartie she knows it goes on your eyes...she is the most observant little girl I have ever met. She actually wanted to keep it on, and I had to do some real cohersing to get it off before we went out of the house!

First Soccer Practice!

Run Payton Run!!

Kicking her first goal!

Payton celebrating after she kicked her first goal!

Go Huskies!
Payton had her first soccer practice on Thursday and it was a success! I think the parents had just as much fun watching as the kids did playing! Our friend Alesha is the coach, (presley's mom) and she did a great job! The kids all took turns kicking the ball into the goal and then running down the field. They all put their hands in and said, "go Huskies!!". It was so cute! It sure was a chilly practice, and hopefully our games will be warmer, or this mom will have a hard time watching!

Finally a beautiful day!!

Yesterday was finally a beautiful day! We had to take advantage of it and go to the park! We called our friend Jonah to see if he wanted to come, and off we went! We had so much fun on the swings, and Payton and Jonah raced going down the slides. Come on Spring! We are ready for you!!

Fun times bowling

Recently we have had 2 bowling outings with Payton! Valentines weekend Brian's parents came up and we went to fast lane. Payton got to use the rack to help her bowl. She was so patient waiting for her ball to come back! It was precious, she would put her hands on her knees so they wouldn't get squished.
Then last weekend we went to the Springdale bowling alley with the Stams, and she got to learn how to really try and bowl without the rack. As you can see, she had many different techniques....luckily, she is going to play soccer this spring!
